The Woodlands, a private, non-profit organization, provides comprehensive prevention, education, and treatment services to residents of Licking County and surrounding counties. The Woodlands is dynamic organization that serves to address the diverse needs of individuals and families in our community. The Woodlands is organized distinct direct service departments:

A huge thank you to Penske for this incredible donation of wish list items to The Center for New Beginnings! These are some of our most used items and help us tremendously in being able to support our residents with their daily needs! As the cost of living rises, these donations play a vital part in keeping our services available and our shelter stocked. Thank you Penske for taking a stand against domestic violence by supporting the work we do and providing for our survivors!

Thanks to an Operation Round Up grant through The Energy Cooperative, we have a beautiful new playground for our resident families at The Center For New Beginnings! The purchase of new equipment ensures that our residents have a sturdy and safe area in which they can spend family time and enjoy the benefits of being outside! We would also like to extend our gratitude to Brian Jaccaud and his team for their removal of the old equipment, and the installation of the new! Our playground has never looked this good!
