About Evergreen Adult Care
Evergreen Social Adult Day Care Center is an approved social facility, founded in October 2019, with a Vision to provide recreational programs for the seniors of Woodbridge, and neighboring communities. Our location at Woodbridge is centrally located with easy access to major NJ highways. Our center offers stimulation and growth to the adult population, while providing respite for families and caregivers.
Services are designed to provide social, and some health services to adults who need supervised care in a safe environment outside the home during the day, when the caregiver is at work. They also provide caregivers respite from the demanding responsibilities of care-giving.
MISSION
“ENHANCE QUALITY OF LIFE” by improving the lives we touch through the delivery of high quality education and social activity at a safe environment for elderly during the day, when their caregivers are at work. Our mission is to enhance the quality life of the aging populace.
