🌿 Progress begins with people who care enough to show up.

The Weequahic Park Fishing Club and Weequahic Park Sports Authority continue our shoreline restoration project with Phase 2: Mulch & Ground Coverage. Every hour volunteered helps care for a place where children, families, and neighbors can connect with nature and one another.

No grant funding was received or used for this project. This work reflects the dedication of community volunteers giving their time and effort to our park.

Thank you to everyone helping move this project forward. There is more work ahead, and together, we can keep making a difference. 💚🎣
