My time here in the Newark Recruiting office officially comes to an end today. As with most in the Air Force, it's time to move, take on a new challenge and continue to work everyday to get better and make our Air Force better! I want to thank those who have taken on the challenge of defending this country and their families who helped them throughout the process and continue to do so. This job has certainly been different than I would have ever imagined it to be, some good, some not so good. It's been an absolute honor and made me a better all around Airman! These two pictures are an email that I had above my desk and read EVERY morning, and the second is the last thing I looked at every day......they outline our mission as Recruiters, and at the end of the day, the mission must always be accomplished, and I cannot fail!!! To those who have joined, I am sure at some point we will cross paths again, it's a small Air Force as most of you have figured out! To the families, I hope you talk about how great the recruiting process was, and that this one wasn't some kinda used car salesman, cause I worked everyday to avoid that!

Thanks again,
TSgt Gress
