I wish I could get the word out to all men and women Couples married people boyfriends and girlfriends that a new law out this year make it mandatory that you get a 30-day sentence on your second domestic assault. Walk away Folk's it's not worth it!

Lots of people are being sent away at court because of their dress. Please notice the posted list at each court. This list applies to the defendant and anyone that goes with him/her.
Some get in wearing "flip-flops" without being noticed but you can be refused entrance if they do.
Also no judge wants children in the courtroom. If they stay quiet most won't say anything but if they don't, you will be asked to leave. Newbern city judge does not allow children in the courtroom at all so please make other arrangements. We will try to post the complete list shortly.
