NOTICE: During sidewalk work last night the Village loader bucket popped a hydraulic hose resulting in the bucket having to be left along M123 downtown. Equipment repair is currently in progress, and the bucket will be removed by Noon today.

We apologize for any inconvenience this will cause. Please use caution in that area.

The Village of Newberry office and departments will be closed on September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

Mark your calendars for the Paws for Pets 5K Walk hosted by Luce County Pet Pals, Inc. on September 19th at TORC Park!

Enjoy free swag bags while supplies last, fall themed photo opportunities for you and your pet, a bake sale, and basket raffles. Dogs on a 6ft leash are welcome to participate. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet.

- Registration begins at 9:30 AM
- 5K Walk starts at 10:30 AM
- Activities from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM
