🏖️Happy Summer! The NCCC staff enjoyed an End of the Year “Low Country Boil” to kick off Summer Break! Staff enjoyed food and fellowship as we wrapped up another great year.

🎉We would like to wish Junior Parkman a Happy Retirement and thank him for his many years of service to Newberry County.

Thank you to Dr. Anderson and the SDNC School Board for recognizing our State Champion FFA Dairy Judging team who competed at the SC 4-H/FFA Dairy Evaluation Contest in March!

This team will have the opportunity to represent Newberry County at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana in October. We are proud of these amazing students!

Newberry County Career Center FFA Chapter hosted it's annual banquet on Tuesday, April 21st at Black Grove Farm! Students were recognized for their service in the FFA Chapter, participation in FFA state sponsored events, and newly elected officers.

We would like to celebrate two of the very best—Kim Ackerman and Brandy Metts—they are the heart of the front office at the Newberry County Career Center!

Whether they’re managing schedules, greeting students and families, or supporting our team day in and day out, Kim and Brandy are the steady presence - bringing calm, care, and a whole lot of grit to everything they do.

🎉 Congratulations to our newest National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) members! 🎉

On April 15th, we proudly inducted 88 outstanding students into NTHS during a special ceremony held at the Newberry High School Theater. Students from all three high schools were represented, from many different programs celebrating their commitment to excellence in career and technical education.

Mr. Jody Hamm, retired SDNC School Board Member and Owner of Rocky Branch Farms, shared an inspiring message with our inductees.

During the ceremony we recognized Keith Minick, Retired Fire Chief and Safety Officer at Metal Masters, as an Honorary NTHS member.

We are so proud of these students and can't wait to see the amazing things they will accomplish! ✨
