The LMAS District Health Department is partnering with Helen Newberry Joy Hospital, the Newberry Area Ministerial Association, and Oakland University School of Nursing to offer PREPARE for YOUR Care, a free community program designed to help individuals plan for future healthcare decisions.

During this interactive, in-person group session, participants will watch a series of short videos and engage in guided discussions about making medical decisions, communicating healthcare wishes, and sharing those wishes with loved ones and healthcare providers.

The program consists of two sessions that build on one another and will be held on:

πŸ“… June 17 & 18
πŸ• 2:30–4:30 p.m. each day
πŸ“ First Presbyterian Church of Newberry

Attendance at both sessions is encouraged. Space is limited, and registration is recommended, although the event is free to attend.

The first 20 registered participants who attend both sessions will receive a gift card. Community dinners will follow each day's session.
