Newburgh Senior Center

Newburgh Senior Center The Daytime Place Where Seniors Congregate! The Center is open from 9 am to 2 pm each day. Most activities are at no cost.

Our goal is that the Newburgh Senior Center will be the destination of choice for seniors interested in camaraderie, nutritious meals, education, outreach services, entertainment and adventure. The Center has over 140 members, most of whom live independently in homes or apartments in Newburgh and the surrounding area. Regularly scheduled monthly activities include: cards, crafts, computer/Internet

access and education, Wii sports and other health and fitness activities, a reading room, dramas, movies, bingo, live entertainment, line dancing, Tai Chi, consumer education, volunteering opportunities, and even a kazoo band that entertains in the community.

The Newburgh Senior Center has Texas Hold ‘ Em at 11 o’clock on Wednesdays. Come out and play and have a great time!
