This Sunday, join Stefanie Haug, LICSW, nature and meditation teacher as we step into the beauty of The Fells for a gentle, guided mindful nature ramble. Together, we'll slow down, awaken our senses, and experience the healing benefits of being fully present in our natural environment.

Through mindful walking, quiet reflection, sensory invitations, science and literary tidbits, and optional moments of sharing, we'll explore how nature can help us cultivate rootedness and renewal. Surrounded by trees, birdsong, and the seasonal beauty of the Fells, we'll take time to notice, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves, one another, and our more-than-human world.

Whether you're seeking calm, community, or simply a peaceful pause from everyday life, this welcoming walk offers an opportunity to restore your body, and mind while deepening your sense of connection to all that’s around you and to those walking beside you.

Come as you are. Suitable for all ages and bodies and interests. Slow-paced walk with pauses and a chance to sit and observe. Bring water and something to sit on, if desired.

Members: Free; Non-Members: $10
