Candidates running for local office are invited to participate in North Shore Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO’s candidate endorsement process! The final candidate briefing before the June endorsement vote is this Thursday, May 22nd, with additional candidate briefings planned for late summer.

Public education is under attack in Ohio. While the Trump/Musk administration eliminates the Department of Education, Ohio legislators are gutting state funding to our public schools and pushing an extremist agenda to perpetuate hate and discrimination, incite distrust of educators and administrators, and whitewash what is being taught.
