Newburyport Police STOMPS Program The Essex County Outreach is a collaborative effort with multiple police departments to tackle the opioid epidemic.

This page is an interactive, non-judgmental forum for community members to voice questions/comments and receive links to resources for assistance in dealing with addiction. This page will continuously be updating with programs and training in the community and we welcome any feedback and knowledge you may have as well to make it as effective as possible.
