Attention Newcastle!

This coming Monday, September 7th the Town Office will be closed for the Labor Day Holiday. The office will be back open the next day for normal business hours.

The Lincoln County Regional Planning Commission is holding a "Planning in the Wild" series as part of an Energy Resilience Workshop.

This will be held at the Newcastle Fire Station on August 26th at 4PM.

Everyone knows that the best cure for rainy day blues is a community meeting! Join the Town of Damariscotta, Town of Newcastle, Maine, and Coastal Rivers Conservation Trust at 6pm TONIGHT, at Inn Along the Way, to hear more about three new housing opportunities. There will be food, concept designs, and plenty of time for questions and conversation. Hope to see you there!

Newcastle Residents!

The next Newcastle conversation is July 8th at 5PM at the Fire Station Community Room. It will be another potluck dinner!

You can come a bit early to talk with neighbors and fellow residents, more formal discussion will be around 5:30PM

There will be a recap on previous discussions, provide some additional context, and the work done to date on exploring a joint public works department with Damariscotta.
