Replacing the existing wooden footbridge with a land bridge provides a more environmentally friendly, durable, and cost-effective solution. A land bridge eliminates the need for treated lumber and reduces long-term maintenance associated with wood deterioration, repairs, and replacement. It also blends more naturally with the surrounding landscape, minimizes ongoing maintenance costs, and offers a stable, reliable crossing for students.

Liberty Tree dedication and celebration of America’s 250th! 🇺🇸

The Board of Selectmen extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone in our community who came out to celebrate despite the hot weather. It was wonderful to see so many people come together for this special occasion.

Special thanks to our first responders for helping support our community events, as well as to the representatives from our Highway Department and Langdon Library for being part of today's celebration.
