Kay County Free Fair Project Spotlight: Cloverbuds 🍀🎨📷

As we get ready for the Kay County Free Fair, we're highlighting the different divisions of the 4-H Fair Book and the projects you can enter!

Today's spotlight is our Cloverbud Division for youth in Kindergarten through 2nd Grade. Cloverbuds can exhibit projects in photography, crafts, conservation, food, entomology, poster art, and more. Every Cloverbud participant receives recognition for sharing their hard work and creativity!

📢 Lead, learn and make your voice heard! 🍀

The Oklahoma 4-H Junior Governor event gives 4-H’ers in grades 4-6 a hands-on look at the three branches of government while building skills in civic engagement, public speaking and leadership. Fifth-graders can run for Oklahoma 4-H Junior Governor by developing a platform and delivering a campaign speech. At the end of the event, participants will vote for a Junior Governor and cabinet members. The elected Junior Governor will serve for a year, representing Oklahoma 4-H and engaging with their community and state government. 🗳️

Location: North Classroom Building in Stillwater, OK

🐕 Ready to unleash some fun?

Whether your dog loves running, sniffing, performing tricks or learning new skills, there’s something for everyone at Oklahoma 4-H Dog Adventure Day on Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Totusek Arena in Stillwater. Participants can choose from activities such as agility, Fast CAT, rally, scent work, barn hunt, Canine Good Citizen and more. 🐾

The cost is $15, which includes three activities. Additional activities can be added for $5 each. Vaccination forms are due by Oct. 30 at 5 p.m. 📋
