Subject: Updated Strength & Conditioning Schedule – Starting This Week
Dear Parents,
We have worked hard to design and optimize our strength and conditioning program so that we can now complete all the work needed to develop your children professionally in just 1 hour 20 minutes.
Because of this efficiency, we can afford them more sleep and recovery time between sessions. Starting all groups at 7:00am provides better structure, more focused coaching, and higher overall efficiency. Everyone will be finished by 8:30am, so there are only positives for the athletes.
Therefore, effective immediately, we will run only the single morning session at 7:00 ending at 8:30. The evening workout is also being reconsidered and evaluated as we roll out this new approach.
