We need more trunks! 🎃🚗 Help us make the City of Newman’s Community Trunk or Treat a fun and memorable night for our kids and families!

Please be advised, our internet service and office phone lines are currently down. For the remainder of the day, our office staff will not be able to provide LiveScan services, print copies of reports, etc. We expect office services to resume as normal on Monday.

Please do know that this is only impacting our lobby office and, as always, our police officers are still on patrol 24 hours a day and are responding to calls for service. If you are in need of non emergency police assistance, please call 209-243-2399.

Trunk or Treat Participants Wanted! 🚗🎃
The City of Newman is excited to host our Annual Trunk or Treat on Friday, October 30!

We are now accepting participation applications from local organizations, businesses, schools, community groups, and community members who would like to decorate a trunk and help make this a fun and safe Halloween celebration for our community.

Participation applications are now available!
