‼️PLEASE COME PREPARED‼️
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY HOUSEHOLD MEMBER — ADULTS AND CHILDREN, NO EXECEPTIONS‼️
You must bring:
✅ ORIGINAL Social Security Card for all adults and children
✅ ORIGINAL Birth Certificate for all adults and children
✅ Government-issued ID for everyone 18 and older (paper copies not accepted)
✅ Proof of Income, if applicable — it must already be printed
👥 **ALL household members age 18 and older MUST be present.**

Applicants should be prepared to wait outdoors. Please dress for the weather and consider bringing : a folding chair, umbrella for shade, water, snacks, or anything else you may need to stay comfortable while waiting.
