The Housing Authority of Newnan will accept applications for its Income-Based Public Housing Waiting List on:

⚠️ The last applicant will be accepted at 1:45 PM.

🚨THIS IS FOR PUBLIC HOUSING ONLY, OUR HCV/SECTION 8 WAITLIST IS CLOSED.🚨

‼️PLEASE COME PREPARED‼️
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY HOUSEHOLD MEMBER — ADULTS AND CHILDREN, NO EXECEPTIONS‼️

You must bring:

✅ ORIGINAL Social Security Card for all adults and children
✅ ORIGINAL Birth Certificate for all adults and children
✅ Government-issued ID for everyone 18 and older (paper copies not accepted)
✅ Proof of Income, if applicable — it must already be printed

👥 **ALL household members age 18 and older MUST be present.**

Please review the attached flyer carefully before coming to apply.

☀️ PLAN AHEAD FOR YOUR WAIT:
Applicants should be prepared to wait outdoors. Please dress for the weather and consider bringing : a folding chair, umbrella for shade, water, snacks, or anything else you may need to stay comfortable while waiting.
