Beyond its battleground status, Georgia is also the front line in the fight for our democracy. Trump and the Republicans have launched several attacks: the raid on the Fulton County elections office, challenges to thousands of eligible voters, and a failed attempt to redraw maps to strip away Black representation.

We are not naive to the threats we may face this fall. We can only meet this moment with your help. Serving as a Poll Watcher during early voting and on Election Day is more important than ever. We must have eyes on the ground everywhere to ensure every eligible voter can exercise their constitutional right to vote.

As a volunteer Poll Watcher you will:

Represent the Democratic Party of Georgia as our eyes and ears at the polls.
Get trained to identify voting obstacles and work with voters, election officials, and the Party to solve issues.
Ensure eligible Georgians can cast their ballot safely and securely.

Thousands have joined us to block redistricting efforts and thwart pervasive voter challenges. Many more have marched and helped their neighbors prepare to vote this fall. All these efforts will culminate in a November victory that re-elects Senator Ossoff, elects Keisha Lance Bottoms as governor, and wins enough down-ballot races to change the trajectory of our state.

“Guess what? You’re not the only Democrat in town. Meet the rest of us.”

With just 90 days until Election Day, we’d love for you to join the fight in turning Coweta blue. The Coweta County Democratic Party is growing, and there’s never been a better time to get involved. Whether you’re joining for the first time, renewing your membership, volunteering a few hours, or helping fund our efforts, you’ll be making a real difference in our community.

One of our biggest projects before Election Day is printing countywide door hangers featuring our great slate of Democratic candidates. Every donation helps us reach more voters, introduce our candidates to their neighbors, and build momentum heading into November. Printing 5,000 door hangers will cost about $1,000.
