Parking passes will be sold on Mondays and Wednesdays from August 31 through September 11.

Before purchasing, students must:
✅ Complete the official DMV form: https://www.doe.virginia.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/1998/638251923945700000
✅ Bring the completed form to school
✅ Pay $30 by cash or check made payable to MHS

Hard copies of the form are available in the main office.

⚠️ Important: Previous Google Form submissions do NOT count. Every student must complete the official DMV form linked above.

Monarch Families — Arrival & Dismissal Traffic Reminder! 🚌 As we get ready for the new school year, we want to make sure our Monarchs arrive and leave campus safely and efficiently!

📍 PARENT DROP-OFF/PICK-UP:
~ Please use the campus entrance closest to the soccer field for all parent drop-off and pick-up.

🌅 MORNING ARRIVAL: 6:40–7:10 AM
~ Use the designated student unloading zone.
~ Pull all the way forward before allowing your student to exit.
~ Students must exit from the passenger side only.
~ 🚫 Please do not stop near the flagpole to drop off students. This causes traffic to back up onto Menchville Road.
~ Once your student exits safely, please continue moving forward.

🚌 BUS & STAFF ENTRANCE
~ The entrance near the tennis courts must remain available for buses and staff. ~ Parent traffic should not use this entrance before 7:10 AM or before 2:00 PM.

Menchville students who plan to park on campus this school year must have a parking permit.

💰 Cost: $30

💵 Step 2: Bring your $30 payment to the Main Office:
📅 Monday, August 17 8-11AM
📅 Wednesday, August 19 8-11AM
📅 Once school starts, permits will be sold Mondays & Wednesdays from 2-3PM after school.

Please note that this is much more than a casual open house. It is a fully structured event that begins promptly at 8:00 AM and runs through 11:00 AM. To get the full experience and ensure a smooth start to the year, students should arrive on time and stay for the duration of the program.
