Last week, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk Code 500 teamed up with for a targeted Lean Six Sigma Continuous Process Improvement event. Led by Logistics Management Specialist Dwayne Thompson, the team tackled administrative bottlenecks in the GCPC screening process, aiming to cut processing times by 50% and accelerate procurement approvals for warfighters across Newport News Shipbuilding.
