🇺🇸 Supporting Those Who Serve 🇺🇸

At the Virginia Federation of Republican Women Convention in May, generous attendees donated food and bottled water to support our military community. This week, Hampton Roads Republican Women’s Club President Susan Yungbluth delivered these donations to the USO at Patrick Henry Airport, where they will help provide comfort and refreshments to our active-duty service members and veterans traveling through the area.

The USO is always grateful for donations of:
✅ Travel-size toiletries
✅ Grab-and-go snacks and foods
✅ Bottled water and other bottled beverages

Donations may be dropped off at the USO most Tuesdays between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. If you would like to donate, please reach out to us beforehand to ensure someone will be available to receive your items.

Thank you to everyone who helps us honor and support the men and women who serve our nation. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. ❤️🤍💙

As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day weekend, the Hampton Roads Republican Women’s Club pauses to remember the true meaning of this sacred day.

Originally known as Decoration Day, Memorial Day began as a time to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. Their courage, sacrifice, and devotion to freedom will never be forgotten.

May we always remember that our liberties were secured by heroes who gave everything for America. 🇺🇸
