The Hope House of Cocke County The Hope House of Cocke County is a food pantry specific for homeless members of our community

Hope House CC will offer a place to feel safe, supported and loved while learning powerful skills to live an independent life. Hope House CC looks forward to the day when we can offer:

* temporary shelter

*nourishing meals

* mentoring in life skills, such as budgeting, parenting, confidence, self-esteem and nutrition

* childcare

* referrals for services such as transportation, employment and medical

The pantry has had to close early today due to extenuating circumstances. For that, we are very sorry! However, we will be open next Saturday to serve our clients. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

This picture was taken only 39 minutes into an event for free school supplies. HH brought 75 pairs of socks and a little sweetness to start school off right. We are completely humbled to be given the opportunity to contribute during these moments of neighbors helping neighbors. The need is apparent...you can see the math in this picture. Thank you The Smoky Signal for inviting us. We HOPE this is a great school year for everyone!

Sunday shout-out📣 is to the HELPED that help. IYKYK..... we see people in need assisting one another, being kind, sharing, protecting and always offering a hand, even when that's all they've got. If you are ever in doubt about the spirit of community in our town, we encourage you to come and see for yourself as you serve.

Special Sunday shout-out: Endless thanks to Macedonia Baptist Church for all the love and support to our homeless. They are practicing what they preach every single day. They have a love to serve everyone. Special shout out to Wee Wee for arranging pick ups and being so giving! We are so thankful God made us neighbors in the mission of loving eachother.
