Lincoln County Hunger Relief

Lincoln County Hunger Relief I am an Americorps VISTA working as the Hunger Relief Programs Coordinator for the Lincoln Commission on Children and Families.

Some of the projects I am working on this year include food backpack programs, the USDA Summer Food Service Program, and community and school gardens.

The Toledo Elementary School's Civil War Food Drive is going on from Dec. 1 to Dec. 8, 2010. Bring in non-perishable items to support your favorite team, all items go to the East County Backpack Program.
