Perry County Literacy Council Youth Services

Perry County Literacy Council Youth Services WIOA Out-of-School Youth (OSY) funds are targeted at young adults to assist them in their career and educational development.

The goal of the WIOA OSY program is to guide our future workforce toward career paths that lead to self-sufficiency. These funds are allocated to states by the US Department of Labor and administered locally by SCPa Works to South Central PA Out-of-School Youth programs. Eligible Out-of-School Youth between the ages of 16-24 benefit from the following professional training and development services provided by South Central PA partners:
