Our Secondary Roads Department will be placing 60 mph overlays (stickers) on top of the existing 55 mph speed limit signs in compliance with the new default speed limit. Work to place overlays will begin on July 1st and be completed by the end of July. Our department will also continue to audit warning signs for stop conditions, speed zones, etc. to ensure they are set at appropriate distances for the new default speed limit and make changes as necessary.

Feel free to contact our department with any questions or concerns.
