🚗💛 Car Rider Families — Quick Reminder!

To help our afternoon car rider line run safely and smoothly, please clip your yellow car rider sign to a pants hanger like the one pictured and hang it from your rearview mirror with the sign facing out the front windshield. This makes it much easier for our staff to quickly see your child’s name as you enter the line.

Please do not place the sign flat on your dashboard or in the driver’s side window.

We also need pants hangers! If you have extras like the one pictured at home, we would LOVE to have them! Please send them with your child or drop them off during morning arrival. If you need a hanger for your car rider sign, we should have plenty available to share.

Thank you for helping us keep our car rider line moving efficiently!

🔥 Talk about IGNITING Bobcat pride!

A HUGE thank you to 6th grader Ezra G. for taking the initiative to help spruce up our school grounds! Ezra trimmed trees and bushes, spread mulch, and made everything look fantastic!

We appreciate your hard work and the pride you show in our school, Ezra! You made a difference, and we are so thankful!

Open House = smiles, hugs, excitement, and LOTS to look forward to! 💙🐾

We loved welcoming our Bobcats back to Blackburn and hearing what THEY are most excited about for the new school year! From seeing friends and meeting teachers to learning new things and making memories, their excitement says it all. 🥰

Our halls are ready. Our teachers are ready. And our Bobcats are READY! 🔥

We are brining back the Blackburn Blast on Friday September 11th! Who doesn’t love fall themed games and prizes? We have so much planned that will be fun for the whole family! Additional info will be posted in the coming weeks!

Be sure to stop by the PTO table Thursday during open house to take advantage of presale entry wristbands!

We will collect payment and order forms during open house. Wrist bands will be sent home the week of our festival!

We will also have PTO interest forms available as we need YOU to join PTO to make events like these a success. For everyone who signs up, we will have small gifts available!
