This week we hosted a wildly popular Intergenerational Animal Adventures program. The Cooper Center was filled with young children, their caregivers, and older adults, all of whom were eager to learn about and meet several fascinating animals, including a chinchilla, a python, and an owl.

After the animal interactions, participants enjoyed ice cream bars.

We’re grateful to Newton resident Justin Greene, who sponsored the program.

As one participant said, “The event was absolutely wonderful! Animals and ice cream. What could possibly be better?”
