This year’s end-of-year carnival for 1st-3rd grade students included familiar activities such as face painting, inflatables, sidewalk chalk and outdoor games, but it also included something new…a glow party!

Thank you to our carnival committee and our PTO for planning, organizing and carrying out this event! It was an afternoon filled with fun and excitement!

Last Wednesday our 6th grade students celebrated the end of the school year with a fun-filled day at Peterson Park!

Thank you to Newton Elementary PTO for the pickleball paddles, Dieterich bank for supplying snacks for the students and Katie Turkal from the U of I Extension Office for the team building activities! A huge shout-out to our community and our teachers for planning such a memorable day for students!
