แดแดแดแดแดกสแด แดแดแดษดแดส, ษดแด โ On August 17, 2026, the Catawba County Sheriffโs Office received a report concerning the alleged assault of a juvenile at a childcare facility near Maiden, NC. The name of this facility is the Childcare Network. This assault allegedly occurred on August 14, 2026, and is being investigated by the Catawba County Sheriffโs Office Special Victims Unit (SVU).
Gabrielle Cierra-Ann Dowdy (25), of Hickory, who was employed as a teacher at Childcare Network at the time of the incident, was charged on August 19, 2026, with Misdemeanor Child Abuse and Assault on a Child Under 12. Dowdy received an $11,000 secured bond.
Mialynn Diane McDole (33), of Newton, who was the assistant director of the daycare at the time of the incident, was charged on August 25, 2026, with Failure to Report a Crime Against a Juvenile and Failure to Report Juvenile Abuse. McDole received a $15,000 secured bond.
Lindsey Blair Garner (42), of Concord, the district manager for Childcare Network, and Jennifer Leigh Beal (53), of Maiden, was a teacher at the time of the incident, were each charged today, August 26, 2026, with Failure to Report a Crime Against a Juvenile and Failure to Report Juvenile Abuse. Garner received a $20,000 secured bond. Beal received an $11,000 secured bond.
The investigation remains ongoing.
