Officer Beaudet answered the call of duty today at Memorial School Field Day. Unfortunately, the call was coming from the dunk tank. Thanks for being such a great sport and proving that bravery comes in many forms, including sitting below a bucket of water in full uniform! Great arm kid! 🤣

We were honored to have our own Officer Greg Cinelli chosen as Grand Marshal of the the Memorial Day Parade. Greg has proudly served our country for 24 years as a Navy Senior Chief Corpsman, completing 12 deployments, including 6 combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. His unwavering dedication, courage, and selfless sacrifice in defense of our freedoms embody the very spirit of patriotism and service.
This Memorial Day, we not only recognize Greg’s extraordinary commitment, but we also pause to honor all the brave men and women who have served our great nation, especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice defending the freedoms we hold dear. Their valor, sacrifice, and love of country will never be forgotten. May we always remember that freedom is not free, and may we forever stand grateful to the heroes who gave everything for the United States of America.

As usual, Animal Control Officer Jim Ryan refuses to understand the meaning of “off duty.”
While attending the NH Police Academy Monday through Friday to become a Police Officer, Jim is still out there working the night shift for the animal kingdom. Last night he rescued THREE raccoon kits from a tree on Peaslee Crossing Rd. and safely transported them to a wildlife preserve in Windham, NH.
At this point we’re convinced Jim doesn’t sleep, he just waits for the Bat-Signal… except it’s probably a raccoon hanging from a branch. Jim is a true Superhero in the animal community.
Thank you, Jim, for always going above and beyond for our community (and its furry troublemakers)!

It was an honor Tuesday night to recognize and promote three outstanding members of our department tonight. These men have each demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and leadership, and they have earned the respect of both their fellow officers and the community they serve.
This evening, we are proud to promote Aaron Mounsey to the rank of Lieutenant, Brandon Addonizio to the rank of Corporal, and Christian King to Patrolman First Class.
These promotions were not simply given, they were earned through an extensive and highly competitive promotional process. Each candidate successfully completed a written examination, participated in oral boards conducted by chiefs and lieutenants, and concluded the process with a final interview before the chief.
Throughout their careers, these officers have consistently demonstrated commitment to this department, to their fellow officers, and to the people of this town. They lead by example every day through their work ethic, integrity, and willingness to serve others. While tonight recognizes new ranks and new responsibilities, the truth is that all three of these men have already been leaders within this department long before these stripes were placed on their sleeves.
Please join us in congratulating Lieutenant Aaron Mounsey, Corporal Brandon Addonizio and Patrolman First Class Christian King on this well deserved achievement. We are proud of each of you, and we look forward to your continued leadership and service to our community.

Our department has the utmost respect for Deputy Chief Cook and greatly appreciated the professionalism, leadership, and dedication he brought working side by side with our officers. His commitment to the fire service and the strong working relationships he built will not be forgotten.

Wishing Deputy Chief Cook all the best in this next chapter, thank you for your service and friendship Brother.
