Exterior remodel underway in Pipersville. We are removing the old sheathing and installing new plywood, Pella windows and doors, James Hardie shake siding and Azek trims.

Pella windows and ThermaTru door installed on this home. Before installing the new units we protect the sill opening with flextape and a field fabricated metal sill pan with back dams to help kick water to the outside of the wrap and protect the sheathing.

Framing repairs and plywood install ongoing at the Phoenixville project.

Some pics of our Phoenixville job. Most of the insulation and Sheetrock will be replaced once we have the outside sheathed with CDX ply. Due to a lack of venting in the attic there is now a concern that there may be mold in the cavity and back of the sheetrock. Taking no chances this property will be treated by a mold hygienist to fully remediate the areas of concern and give this property a clean bill of health.

Repairs completed on 17 decks in West Chester. We removed joists that were cracked and rotted out, installed new handrails and refastened the composite deck boards.

Siding removal completed on our Phoenixville project. Next step remove the Celotex sheathing inspect the framing and insulation for water intrusion and install new cdx plywood.
