Newtown Turkey Trot The Turkey Trot is a fun and challenging 5K road race in the rolling hills of Newtown center, benefiting the C.H. Booth Library.

Scenic and historic downtown Newtown, including Main Street and the Flagpole. Start at Hawley Elementary School on Church Hill Road, quickly turning left onto the Boulevard, left onto Schoolhouse Hill Road, up the STEEP HILL to Main Street, left on to Main Street, down main Street to Glover, turn left on Glover, a quick right on Meadow, left on Elizabeth and then left on to Queen; turn right on to

Grand place; down and up the HILL on Grand Place and finish at the Middle School. On this course, you will definitely “Earn Your Stuffing.”
