Niagara County Employment & Training (NCET) is now accepting applications for the 2026 Summer Youth Employment Program. In order to be considered for the program, an applicant must be a county resident between 14 and 20 years-old and come from a household with an income that does not exceed 200% of the 2026 federal poverty guidelines. These income thresholds vary according to household size (i.e., $64,300 for a family of four) and can be found on the application.
