Car Seat Safety Check | Today, Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 11:00am to 2:00pm the Niagara Falls Police Department’s Traffic Division will be hosting a Car Seat Safety Check-Up at the Niagara Falls High School Field House located at 4455 Porter Rd.

Although not required, it is highly recommended that the child be present during the check-up or installation. If they are not able to attend please know your child's age, height, and weight.

Update: 08/06/26-12:44PM Dauven has been located.

🚨08/06/2026 | Missing Juvenile: Dauven Hernandez 15 Year Old Male, 5'4, 120lbs. Brown Eyes & Black Hair.

Dauven is a runaway from Jersey City, NJ. He ran away on July 16, 2026 and made his way to Niagara Falls NY, with plans to reach Canada. Dauven often uses fake names such as Jacob Rodriguez.

On August 5, 2026, Dauven attempted to gain entry into the City Missions on Buffalo Ave, but was denied entry due to his age. Dauven was then transported to a youth crisis shelter where he only stayed for four hours before running away again. Dauven is a flight risk and scared to return home. Daven was last seen wearing a long sleeve black shirt, black pants, and black shoes.

07/18/2026: Runaway Juvenile | Ciara Culpepper 15 years old female

Last seen July 17th 2026 in the 400 blk of 17th st around 4 pm wearing a brown hoodie.

Jabari was last seen on July 16, 2026 around 8:30 pm. Jabari was last seen wearing a black hoodie with pink font, black sweatpants, and black sneakers.

Father came home from work and both kids were not home.

Officers and detectives are actively searching for them.
