City of Niagara Falls Seeking Applicants for the Zoning Board of Appeals.

The Niagara Falls City Council is seeking qualified and community-minded individuals interested in serving on the City's Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA).
The Zoning Board of Appeals is responsible for hearing appeals related to zoning decisions, considering requests for variances, and helping ensure the fair and consistent application of the City's zoning laws. Members play an important role in preserving the integrity of the zoning process and promoting fair, transparent, and responsible land use decisions that benefit the community.

Individuals interested in serving are encouraged to submit a cover letter and resume to:

📣 Flood Debris Pick-up Scheduled 📣

The City of Niagara Falls NY announced that
this Saturday, August 8th, Casella Waste Systems will be picking up any items that were damaged due to Sunday's rainstorm. Please have these items placed where you normally have your totes for your regular trash and recycling service by Friday evening.

The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation has posted the results of the environmental samples collected at the City Boat Docks and Griffon Park. I'm happy to share this information with our residents here in the 3rd District. Transparency matters, especially when it comes to the health and safety of our neighborhoods.
