🎃🚨 6th Annual Tow or Treat with First Responders! 🚨🎃

We are excited to announce our 6th Annual Tow or Treat with First Responders, taking place October 24, 2026!

We are inviting local towing companies and first responders to join us for another unforgettable evening for our community and its children.

🪝⛓️Towing Companies: If you own a towing company and are able to bring a truck—or even two—we would love to have you participate!

🚓🚒🚑 First Responders: If you are involved with law enforcement, fire, EMS, or another first responder organization and have a first responder vehicle you would like to bring, we invite you to join us for our “Light Show” at dusk and participate in passing out candy.

🎃 Vendor Participation

This year, we will also be making space for up to 4 vendors to set up.

There is NO setup fee.
Our only request is that participating vendors help us make the evening special for the children by passing out candy as they come through.

📍 Setup/Staging deadline: 5:30 PM on October 24, 2026 (as the event starts at 6:00pm and children start showing up around 5:45 each year)

Please note: All participating individuals, businesses, and organizations are responsible for providing their own candy to distribute.

HISTORY WAS MADE TODAY.

Troy’s Law has officially passed the full House — UNANIMOUSLY.

Not one VOTE against it.

This didn’t happen overnight. It came from long days, long drives, tough conversations, compromise, prayer, and a whole lot of heart from Kentucky’s towing community.

We want to say thank you to every Representative who stood with our industry and with Troy’s family. When that board lit up green, it wasn’t just a vote — it was recognition that the men and women working the side of Kentucky highways matter.

A special thank you to Richard White State Representative and State Representative Patrick Flannery for pushing this forward and standing firm with us through every step of the process. Your leadership does not go unnoticed by this industry.

To Desiree and the Caldwell family — Troy’s name is one step closer to being written into Kentucky law. His life mattered. His legacy is moving this state forward.

To every tow operator from Pikeville to Paducah, from Louisville to Olive Hill — this belongs to you. Whether you run 1 truck or 30, this was a united effort.

Now we move to the Senate.

We’re moving forward — together.
