🗳️Kentucky law allows qualified individuals to register at 17 years of age and be able to participate in the Primary Election if the individual will be 18 years old by the General Election🗳️

🔴 The last day to register to vote to be eligible to vote in the May 2026 Primary Election is April 20, 2026

The original Farm plate is for commercial vehicles only, who work on or own a farm and can be registered at 26,000 lb or 38,000 lb with a CDL license

At today’s Jessamine County Fiscal Court Special called meeting, County Clerk Johnny Collier presented the Fiscal Court with the annual excess fees check for 2025, which is required by statute

What that means for you:
• We are unable to issue, reissue or change plate at this time.
• We can process renewals(without a plate change), transfer titles only (with no plate), and order duplicates.
