I'm proud to have taken a leadership role for our state in creating real guardrails and accountability around proposed data centers. As part of my platform, let's demand:
-No backroom deals and NDAs.
-No tax breaks.
-No costs to existing customers for their required upgrades.
-Strong environmental safeguards.
-Must use KY workers and our union members.
-Local communities get a vote before they can build.

It's not rocket science, let's simply prioritize our people before giant tech corporations.
