Community Care Network of Nichols The Community Care Network of Nichols is a trusted non-profit organization that serves the elderly, We also hold fundraisers through out the year.

This page was created so that we may reach out to our community. The Community Care Network of Nichols (CCNN) is a grassroots 501c3 community service organization founded in 1999 by two long time residents, Shirley Tiffany and Sandy McCoy Cleveland. Through their insights of the community, they saw the needs of the area residents, leading them to create this organization to make a difference in th

e community. Our organization serves a population of approximately 2500 people in the town and village of Nichols, NY and nearby surrounding neighbors

We provide a number of direct and indirect services. Our direct services include friendly phone calls, friendly visits, transportation, problem solving, and referrals. Our indirect services include the Holiday Share-A-Thon, our Quarterly Newsletter, the Parent to Parent program, Nichols Flag Day, Teens in Action night, Make a Difference Day. This includes our Annual Hiking for Helping Hands 5k walk, and our Annual CCNN Golf Tournament.
