ANNUAL SPARK-FREE REMINDER: Do your part; no sparks – no wildfire starts! Fireworks are banned across all lands on the KPen. The sell or discharge of fireworks are prohibited on the Kenai Peninsula across all lands, including municipal, state, federal and private lands. This is a critical reminder when dry conditions are recorded across the landscape.
The only exception is for public displays controlled and coordinated by a municipality or an approved, licensed organization.
