All non-essential City Offices will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, in addition, City Hall will also be closed on December 26, 2025 and January 2, 2026.
Utility payments can be made by:
• Phone using interactive voice response (IVR): 1-833-735-2049
• Sign up for the customer portal to link your utility account and manage payment methods: https://ipn4.paymentus.com/cp/nile or:
• Make a one-time payment with no registration required: https://ipn4.paymentus.com/rotp/nile?pt=UB
• Check and Money order utility payments can be placed in the drop box around the back of City Hall at 333 N. 2nd St.
