Time for another 1st Responder of the Week. 97.5 WQBE and Midway Ford, halfway between Huntington and Charleston, are proud to announce Howard Ray Blake, Patrolman & Resource Officer as this week's 1st Responder of the Week.

Nominated by his sister in law, Melinda Adkins, She had this to say about Ray:

This man is such a good brother in law, and wonderful husband/dad/and son!! Ray takes the time with all his students at Nitro high and really cares in all his students. I believe he is making a big difference in the youth today! Such a great guy!

Ray will receive a gift certificate and we will make a $100 donation in his name to his favorite charity. Thank You Howard Ray Blake for your commitment to our safety and to our youth
