Nitro Class Action Settlement Administrators LLC The Nitro Class Action Settlement Administrators LLC have been appointed to administer the Bibb Class Action Settlement programs.

The case involves two separate plaintiff classes—a medical monitoring class and a property class—each of which claimed damages from exposure to the chemical dioxin produced by a Monsanto plant in Nitro, West Virginia from 1949-1969. The Nitro Class Action Settlement Administrators LLC are in place to ensure individuals who qualify and wish to participate have the opportunity to do so. The settleme

The Medical Monitoring Testing dates have been extended. All of the eligible medical monitoring registrants will be receiving a letter in the mail notifying them of the extension.

Nitro Class Action Settlement Administrators have completed the registration period. We are reviewing the registration questionnaires on a first come first serve basis. We have been sending determination letters out to those who submitted their questionnaires early in the registration period. With that said, those who have submitted registration questionnaires should anticipate a letter stating their eligibility or a phone call from our office requesting additional information needed to process the questionnaire in the weeks to come. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process.
