💜 Happy National Case Management Week! 💜

This week, CC Links proudly recognizes and celebrates our incredible Service Coordinators for the difference they make in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families throughout Christian County!

Our Service Coordinators are more than just a connection to services and resources. They are advocates, problem-solvers, encouragers, and trusted partners who work tirelessly to help individuals achieve their goals, overcome barriers, and live meaningful, purpose-filled lives.

Much of their work happens behind the scenes, but the impact they make is seen every day in the lives of those they support. Their compassion, dedication, and commitment to empowering others truly reflect the heart of CC Links and our mission of Creating Awareness and Empowering Lives.

To our amazing Service Coordinators: THANK YOU for the patience, passion, and heart you bring to your work each day. You make a difference, and we are grateful to have you on our team!

CC Links is well represented at the Missouri Association of County Developmental Disabilities Services annual conference "Weathering the Storm."

Matt served as Tech support through out the conference. He also sat on a panel discussion with our friends from SETWorks about AI and then co-facilitated a Brag and Steal session on AI with Darin.

Andrea was on the conference planning committee and facilitated a session with our friends at Community Connections and Learning Opportunities and Quality Works about Grassroots Advovcacy and helping our individuals and families write their story to talk to Legislators.

Danielle, Desiree, Liz, Jenn and Corynne joined in on the learning and fun!

We are excited to bring home all we have learned this week to continue Creating Awareness and Empowering Lives!!

📢 A HUGE thank you to all of the amazing vendors who took the time to attend our Community Resource Fair and share information, resources, and support with individuals with disabilities and their families. Your willingness to connect with families and answer questions is what makes events like this so valuable!
A special thank you to Ozark Schools for hosting us and helping provide a welcoming space for our community.
We are also incredibly grateful to the Christian County school districts — Ozark, Nixa, Sparta, and Clever — for attending and taking the time to connect with and talk with their families. Collaboration between schools, families, and community resources is so important!
Thank you to Clever Scoops for providing delicious ice cream and helping make the evening a little sweeter!
And thank you to McAlister’s for donating drinks for our vendors. Your generosity was greatly appreciated!
Most importantly, thank you to everyone who came, connected, asked questions, shared resources, and helped build a stronger, more inclusive community. We are already looking forward to making next year's fair even better! ❤️ 💙
