The Energy Assistance Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing frontline support specialists and ensuring program quality, efficiency, and contract deliverables for the Energy Assistance program.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, documentation, and staff support
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and special projects
- Manage departmental communications and facilitate information flow
- Ensure compliance with university standards, regulations, and data privacy - policies
- Assist with reports, proposals, and administrative documentation
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflow standards
- Serve as a liaison between CPM and other university offices
- Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff
- Handle correspondence, calls, and inquiries professionally
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and resource utilization
- Lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office‑related issues
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing staff mentorship
- Perform additional duties to support departmental goals
🎓 What You Bring
- Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree, AND 3 years of office management, administrative, or related experience
- Equivalency: A combination of education and experience may substitute at a 1-to-1 ratio
