City of Noble The official page for the City of Noble in Noble, OK. The entire greater Oklahoma City area including Tinker Air Force Base are short commutes.

Noble is located immediately south of Norman in Cleveland County in the greater Oklahoma City Metropolitan area and was formed as part of the great land run of April 22, 1889. Noble is located just east of the South Canadian River and was one of the original towns formed along the Santa Fe Railroad on April 22, 1889. For years Noble was home to a busy railroad depot, several cotton gins, hotels an

d a thriving Main Street business District. Today, Noble (population 7200) is a growing residential and business community in close proximity to Norman and The University of Oklahoma. Noble offers a variety of municipal services, including police and fire protection, an ambulance service, comprehensive land use planning and zoning services, parks and recreational activities, a library and cultural events. The City also provides water, wastewater, storm water, and solid waste services to its residents. The utility systems operate for the benefit of the City of Noble and are an integral part of the City operations.

TRASH COLLECTION UPDATE: City trash collection has resumed today, but on a street-by-street basis. Due to the road conditions, your pickup may not be on the same day as usual. Please keep your polycart (trash container) at the curb until it can be safely collected.
