Starting tomorrow morning (9/1) - calls will now be answered through the Hamilton County Public Safety Communications Center’s non‑emergency line, so you may hear “police and fire dispatch” when you call. That means you’re in the right place.

The hotline is still fully active and ready to help with support options and next‑step guidance.

A FEMA Mobile Registration Intake Center is available to residents impacted by the recent flooding. FEMA representatives can help you apply for federal disaster assistance, complete your application, learn about available programs, and make sure your application was submitted correctly.

No appointment is needed. Just stop by and speak directly with a FEMA representative who can answer your questions and guide you through the process.

The FEMA Mobile Registration Intake Center (MRIC) is open now at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds for residents who need to register for federal disaster assistance following recent flooding.

If you need help getting to the Intake Center, please call the Hamilton County Flood Relief Hotline: 317‑645‑3261 — transportation support is available for anyone who needs it.

The MRIC, located at 2003 Pleasant Street, Hall C in Noblesville, is open Monday 8/31, Tuesday 9/1, and Wednesday 9/2 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Staff can help you apply for FEMA assistance, complete your application, learn about available programs, and confirm your submission.

You can also apply online at DisasterAssistance.gov or DisasterAssistance.gov/es for Spanish-language support.

Hamilton County is hosting a Mobile Registration Intake Center to help residents affected by recent flooding. Disaster survivors can get in‑person help registering for federal disaster assistance.

FEMA staff will be on-site to help you apply, answer questions, and confirm your application was submitted correctly — no appointment needed.

Location: 2003 Pleasant St, Noblesville — Fairgrounds, Hall C
Entry: Use the south side entrance and follow the signs.
Hours: 9a-7p
Days: Monday 8/31, Tuesday 9/1, and Wednesday 9/2

Individuals impacted by recent storms who are displaced from their homes may qualify for hotel or temporary rental assistance offered by the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority (IHCDA).

Eligibility is based on being displaced from your home as a direct result of the storms that occurred on Aug. 11, 2026, and living in a county that has issued a disaster declaration. “Displaced” means the home is not currently safe or habitable.

The first step in the process is to contact 211 to report your damage. Based on the assessment, Indiana 211 will make referrals to IHCDA for qualified residents. To report damage, call 866‑211‑9966 or visit the Indiana 211 website at in211.communityos.org.
