Prevail is open Monday - Friday form 9am - 5pm, but closes between 1pm - 2pm. While calling ahead is preferred, we do take walk-ins. We also have a 24-Hour Crisis Line available (317) 776-3472.

Annie’s passion for Prevail’s mission shines through in every way she supports our work.

From securing vital sponsorships and incredible auction items to creating unforgettable event experiences through her community connections, Annie has played a tremendous role in the success of our 40th Anniversary Celebration. She brings care, creativity, and excellence to every detail and an incredible enthusiasm for helping Prevail thrive.

Love is… kind, respectful, and safe.💙

This summer, Prevail’s Prevention Team partnered with GiGi's Playhouse Indianapolis to bring healthy relationship education to 20 participants and 6 volunteers across six sessions. Together, we explored how we want and deserve to be treated, healthy vs. unhealthy relationships, boundaries, and healthy conflict resolution.

GiGi’s Playhouse is a network of Down syndrome achievement centers offering educational, therapeutic, and community-based programs for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.

We’re grateful for this partnership and excited to use what we’re learning to help bring these skills to special education classrooms year-round!

Sometimes, one of the most powerful parts of healing is knowing that you are not alone.

Prevail’s support groups create intentional spaces where survivors can connect with others who have shared experiences, helping them to feel less alone and build strength in community.

Support groups are offered for children, teens, adults, and caregivers parenting youth who have experienced trauma. All support groups are free and confidential and require an intake prior to attending.

We don’t always know what someone’s day, or their access to food, looks like before they walk through our doors, but we do know that no one should have to navigate a difficult day on an empty stomach.

Snacks are an important part of the care we provide, giving clients something to eat during appointments, support groups, and while accessing our services. Right now, our supply is running really low, and we need your help to restock!

Officer Tice has demonstrated what meaningful collaboration looks like through her commitment to keeping survivors at the center of the process. From reaching out with concerns about a client’s safety to working alongside Prevail to identify ways to support survivors, Officer Tice consistently approaches each situation with care, collaboration, and respect.

She has gone above and beyond to connect survivors with support, work together on safety planning, and ensure clients have a voice in determining their next steps.

A huge shoutout to Indy Facets Private Jeweler for helping make our 40th Anniversary Celebration sparkle!💎

Guests had the chance to purchase a $100 glass of champagne for the opportunity to win a dazzling pair of lab-grown diamond stud earrings, valued at nearly $5,000, generously donated by Indy Facets, along with a bottle of Blanton’s Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey.

All 100 tickets sold, raising $10,000 in support of survivors of crime and abuse. Congratulations to our lucky winner, Teresa!

We are honored to recognize 40 individuals and organizations whose leadership, generosity, compassion, and unwavering support have left a lasting mark on our mission.

Representing former staff, board members, volunteers, donors, community partners, and steadfast supporters, each of these honorees has played a unique role in helping Prevail grow, strengthen, and expand our impact over the past four decades.

Their dedication has helped make hope and healing possible for over 70,000 survivors and their impact will continue to shape Prevail for years to come.

To each of our 40 honorees: thank you for being part of Prevail’s story. We are grateful for the ways you have shown up, believed in this mission, and helped us build a stronger, safer community.
